🕒 Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

📦 Item Condition

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in reliable condition.

Custom orders and discounted items are non-refundable.

📸 Required for Return

Your order number

A photo of the product

Reason for return

💸 Return Shipping

Returning shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the product is defective.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

🚫 We reserve the right to refuse returns that:

Show signs of use, damage, or odor

Are sent without prior authorization

🔁 Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange for a different size or model, please contact us first. Stock may be limited.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
